A Little About Myself

With a rich history of success as a career and transitions coach, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate life's pivotal moments, particularly as they approach retirement. After accompanying my mom through the final months of her life, I am deeply moved to create a space for meaningful discovery and planning for a life well lived beyond full time employment.

I am no stranger to change and transition. I’ve exited a full time career in higher education to become a solopreneur and coach. I’ve eliminated debt from my life, become a part time leader in a non-profit, and discovered joy and growth in a marriage to someone entirely different from myself. Yes, all of this is exhilarating, scary as heck and just a bit overwhelming at times. So, I get you - and would love to support you in designing your own path forward.

"The Power of Two" is a unique coaching package that offers the opportunity to work with two professional colleagues with combined expertise in Career/Transition, MBTI assessment, Retirement and Life Design Coaching.This coaching experience is tailored for individuals standing at the crossroads of exiting full time employment and “What’s next?” and seeking a fulfilling next chapter in their lives seeking an engaging, in depth and supported journey. Together we will engage you in rich exploration of skills, values, interests in combination with identity mapping and MBTI results while integrating Designing Your Life tools. The coaching journey will consist of meetings with both coaches as well as individual 1:1 sessions focused on reflection, integration of discovery and designing small experimental action steps that will move your well crafted plan forward.
